Rules

1. Participants are encouraged to carefully select the conference program from the Datamatix event calendar.
2. The organizers strongly recommend participants to complete their registrations at least three days ahead of the event.
3. We suggest all participants who are using the online forms to verify and confirm their registrations with the organizer’s office prior to the event.
4. Each registered participant will receive an enrolment confirmation.
5. Please note that the organizers reserve the right to change or modify the final program, if required.

Conference Fee
All participants submitting their online registrations should note that they will be invoiced based on the registration information and they are bound to make the payment unless a formal cancellation is made three days prior to the event date duly approved by the organizer.

• The registration fee will be charged as mentioned in the registration form.
• Only registered participants will be permitted to attend.
• We strictly recommend all participants to pay their registration fees prior to the event.

Badges

1. Badges (Conference Passes) will be issued to all participants.

2. Only those participants wearing badges will be allowed inside the conference hall.

3. Badges can be collected at the event or one day before the event at Datamatix office.

4. Participants can arrange to collect their badges by courier.

5. All participants, sponsors, media and officials are requested to wear their badges and co-operate to gain maximum advantage from our events.

Conference Venue
Majority of Datamatix events are hosted at the Burj Al Arab Hotel, Dubai. Click here for more information about the conference venue.

Visa & Hotel Reservation Details
Avoid visa delays and book now! Delegates requiring visas should contact the hotel directly as soon as possible. Visas for non-GCC nationals may take several days to process so avoid delays by ensuring that your visa is arranged by registering early.

Cancellation policy

• In the event of cancellation, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra cost
• No refund will be given. in any case
  

Course documentation

• Course documentation will be provided as printed hard copies or CDs.
• The participants may also be given a username and password to access and download the presentation from the Datamatix website
