Datamatix is pleased to present the Islamic Countries Agriculture and Food Conference, which will highlight the major agriculture, agribusiness, and food production challenges and opportunities in the Islamic countries.

In Islamic countries, as in the rest of the world, rising industrialization and urbanization have overshadowed agriculture and related economic activities.  But recently, leaders in many of these nations have realized the significance of agriculture and agribusiness and have begun to facilitate massive schemes and projects to boost agricultural output.

Looking at agriculture and food production initiatives in these countries, what is most striking is that almost all of them are faced with similar challenges, and since many Islamic nations belong to the same geographical region, it makes sense to create a platform to bring together major stakeholders in agriculture and food production business and ventures from these countries.
