The offering phase is a juggling act in a tight timeframe. As part of your IPO team with your underwriter and legal counsel, our IPO professionals will have the in-depth knowledge of your company to:

• Review your preliminary prospectus for internal consistency;
• Ensure the presentation of your financial statements and other financial data meets with all disclosure requirements;
• Provide financial information and assistance in drafting the critical Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) in your prospectus;
• Anticipate and respond to issues raised by regulators both in Canada and the U.S.;
• Participate in the due diligence process; and
• Prepare for necessary disclosure and reporting requirements necessary as a public company.
