Research is an integral part of the organization and the DTS research program includes both fundamental and applied research, including many transportation-related disciplines. We actively support the formation of multidisciplinary research teams, and the research program is organized around the following areas of emphasis:

• Final Research Reports
  DTS maintains an online database of Research Reports in topics related Transportation Strategies. This will include the reports on operational strategies, reports from international organizations, feasibility study reports of latest technological innovations etc.
• Maps
  Here, you'll find everything you need to navigate the highways and streets: neighborhood maps, roads and road networks, traffic patterns and more. The maps document the development and status of transportation and communication systems on the national, state, and local level. Communication maps illustrate the location and distribution of telegraph routes, telephone systems and radio coverage.
