Rules & Regulations

  • Carefully select your participation option to book.
  • We strongly recommend participants to complete their registration at least two months before the event.
  • Each registered participant will receive an enrolment confirmation.
  • All participants who are using the online forms should verify and confirm their registrations with the organizer's office prior to the event.
  • Please note that the organizers reserve the right to change or modify the final program or the speakers, if required.
  • All participants submitting their online registrations should note that they will be invoiced based on the registration information and they are bound to make the payment unless a formal cancellation duly approved by the organizer at least one month prior to the event date
  • The Fee will be charged as mentioned in the registration form.
  • Only registered participants will be permitted to attend.
  • We strongly recommend all participants to pay their registration fees at least by one month prior to the event.

  • Upon acceptance of your registration, the organizers will send a letter of confirmation.
UAE Entry Visa 
 

Avoid visa delays and book now to give the organizers enough time to arrange your visa! Delegates requiring visas should contact the organizers as soon as possible. Visas for non-GCC nationals may take several days to process so avoid delays by ensuring that your visa is arranged by registering early.
 

The 2nd USA-Middle East Dialogue Forum Cost of Participation :

The participation fee is (3500 US$ per participant to attend).

The fee covers the following for each delegate:

  1. Copy of the entire event materials available on CD
  2. The Certificate of attendance.
  3. Stay for 4 days in 5 star Hotel + Breakfast.
  4. Transport to and from the airport.
  5. Daily Lunch at the event.
  6. All Conference Stationary.
  7. One Dubai Tour
  8. Transportation to the Convention Center
